Information on the website is for general information only. Prices shown are "starting from" prices excluding VAT; the final price is set out in an individual offer.

Content on the website is not a binding offer but an invitation to request one.

Submitting the offer form does not create a contract or any payment obligation. The Provider sends an individual offer; a contract is only formed by a separate written agreement between the parties.

Results of the ROI calculator are estimates based on your inputs and general assumptions. They are not guaranteed results and not an offer.

Replies of the AI assistant are generated automatically and may contain errors. They are not an offer, a commitment or professional advice; the Provider is bound only by its individual offer and the signed contract.

5. Liability

The Provider aims to keep the website accurate and up to date, but to the extent permitted by law is not liable for damage resulting from decisions based on the informational content, the calculator or the AI assistant.

The Provider is not liable for damage resulting from the website being unavailable or from external attacks.

6. Intellectual property

Texts, graphics and the Bune-automation name and logo are the intellectual property of the Provider and may not be copied or used without its prior written permission. Photos are used under the Unsplash licence.

7. Privacy

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy.

8. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of the United Kingdom as it applies in Scotland. The Provider may change these terms; changes take effect when published on the website.
